Droknar's Defense Quest

OK, I know goto Glint portion of Drok's (SW corner of map), BUT...

...what then? I /kneel=nothing (at least 25 or more times, just to see what might come about)

Glint says: "Go back to those who helped you Ascend as it is not the end..."
Wha? I went everywhere and found nothing diff.

People were spamming Droknar's looking for groups to do Droknar's Defense or whatever quest - some were calling it The Glint Quest or Glint's Defense... I could not get access to the quest.

All I can figure is that GW must be beat, not just your character Ascended, to do this quest.

Is Guild Wars 'beat' when you finish Hell's Precipice?



Differing Note - why are most of the people in the Ring of Fire continent Dipthwads? Complete idiots. Oh yeah - had player creating a FoW group last night - and they were not even Ascended yet!!! So when the person found out and dropped from the group - EVERYONE ELSE ALSO DROPPED!!! As if they no longer had the appetite to play ("aw - she not ascended - I must quit now"). Instead of just grabbing another W/Mo spamming LFG, and continue to go in - they all quit! PUG'S are P.U.G.S. --> People Under Gross Stupidity.

To do these missions you have to finish the original game.
Go to the ring of fire and finish all missions there.
To get to SF you just have to be ascended and get to the new outpost

Just needed to know that ALL missions in GW must be completed before getting the quest.




Oh yeah - PUGS still suck. I keep trying because I have been in about 1 good PUG for every 15 bad ones. When you get a good PUG, makes the game really fun.

Good PUG = players who have fun, laugh, play seriously, help each other, wait on skill caps/health regen/energy regen, pull small groups, have patience, AND-AND can wrap all that into each mission.

Your wrong about having to ascend. I was able to take my monk there, and I have yet to ascend with her.

I have not gotten there yet (to SF) but that is what I read inguildwars.com and from what people are saying.

You can still visit the outpost. Did you go in SF?

I think he was trying to suggest the proper way of playing through the story line, not the shortcut - run to drok's route.

The later you play, the better the PUGS. I've been playing lately after 9 p.m. eastern and have hit four good PUGS in a row.
