my w/mo uses mending, orison, and healing breeze. you cant kill him.

TF makes your skills recharge for like 5 seconds more if you use it... (non attack skills)... so my question was what if you used something with a long recharge like... warriors cunning. then you used tf. does the recharge stay at 60 seconds (or 45 i forget)? or does it get INCREASEED by 5? and if so does it stack? so like suppose you used tf twice while cuning was recharging, would it go up by 10 seconds?

It disables them, it doesnt add recharge from my experience.

I made an e/r nuker just to test it. It would have been fun if it had set the recharge timers to 5 instead of disabling them, but rather broken

Edit: Actually, it might disable for 5, but resume along the current recharge.

That is, anything with less than 5 seconds recharge would be disabled for the whole 5 seconds, and anything else with more than that would be unaffected.

2nd Edit:
And if you're wondering what I'm talking about in terms of 'setting' recharge times, try Mark of Protection, Aegis, and Sheilding Hands. Although it disables them for 10 seconds, if you had just cast those 30 second recharge spells, you'd actually see them recharge much faster than they normally would, if you cast Mark of Protection right afterwards.
