access key error

I bought the game from best buy and installed it. After filling in the access key along with name,adress,zip so on i recieved a invallid access key notice with a (err=102) and it said check key and try again.
Well i checked and refilled in info and it gave same notice, I logged on support and looked thru Q&A. Since i have a nvidia vid card thats been giving peeps probs i dl'd new driver and installed.
Still getting same invalid notice, emailed the support team and was told try diff numbers/letters if it looks like could be something else. Tried for another hour with no luck. Decided to restore my pc to fix any issues i might be having and reinstall new vid drivers and so forth.
Still no change .....access key invalid check and try again....(err=102),,,,,i emailed support again and got a response of what access key error are you referring to,,,,,,,,,,,hmmmm i sent and recieved around 5 emais to/from support last night.


So came here looking for someone that had same prob and might be able to help me........ sorry for long explanation peeps... but getting very agravated.

You are not alone with this problem. I havent even recived any word back from support. I've already posted twice in this forum on this isue so far no solutions apply to my situation.

Hmmmm i had city of heroes and had some probs with ncsoft/plaync and hoping i dont have same probs........been 24 hours since i was told by support they were looking into it.... i even sent em a jpeg of my key code when they asked me what it was..... still no word of reults
