Something that's occurring with the new update (never done this before):
When I enter a new town (via map travel or otherwise), the normal screen pops up to load it. Then it goes to a blank screen with just the cursor showing, and then the original screen pops up a few seconds later and then it lets me in the town.
It looks like the game is trying to resize/reset my graphics detail everytime I enter a new town. This is annoying since it adds at least 5 seconds to every time I want to enter a new town or switch districts in an existing town.
Any ideas? Do I need to play with my graphics configuration to avoid this resizing?
