I think id be really sweet that ANET decreases the drops of gold items and increases the drops of green. I feel the green items come across as sort of Diablo II set items. (take trang-ouls armor for example), it was probably the best Necromancer armor but because it was a set and was dropped frequently it wasnt really on high demand (and was cheap). But there were the gold items Although not as helpful on a Necro people demanded them because they were 'rare'. I like keeping the idea of having 'rare' items (so people who want to spend their money on PERFECT gold items, it gives them a warm feeling inside (such as myself) and those who cant afford can simply get a set item. Not sure if the gold will make you all the more godly but the way people will look at it , and they will get that kind of idea that because its not "green" and is not a set, they will begin to drool themselves on how sexy the item is, heh). Kind of a DiabloII concept, but any comments?
