Green Weapon Upgrades...

Hey,

I am aware that the rumor is that you are unable to expert salvage upgrades out of green weapons, but what about the complete opposite? Are you able to attach additional upgrades to green weapons?

I'm sure you can, but since they are perfect mods....why on earth would you change it?
