need advice on bows

ok i've been asking around a lot and looking on the forums... but i cant get a good straight answer on what would be the best bow for me... so can everyone just answer these?

1. which bow has the fastest firing rate?
2. which bow has the best range?
3. which is by preference the best bow out there?

im taking this in terms of max damage clean bows...

Thats Great, but it does not mention the arc on the bows. Or do all bows have the same arc?

In descending order (highest arc first) it goes Flat/Long+Horn/Short/Composite, although the arc on the Short usually isn't really noticeable, since the range is so...well, short. Favourable/Read the Winds reduces arc, I believe to Composite level across the board.
