new green weapons

so ive been exploring sorrows furnace and grenths footprint latly with my guild and all the green weapons we have seen and found have had a dmg mod of +15% while enchanted has anyone else seen anything else, thanks

no diffrent than the collectors items, personally i think they ruin the game
