PvE character for PvP?

I have one question. When I played PvP couple months ago I saw some lvl 18 players there, and it looked to me that they were PvR chars. Is it any way that I can use my PvE chars in PvP (arenas only)?

You can get in from Lions Arch to the Random arena, Droknars Forge for the team arena, and dragon lair for Tombs.

How can i get from Lion's Arch?

and How much further? (I am doing Perdition Rock mission right now)

ur as far as u need to be. in lions arch there is a guy out at the docks that will take u there. the team arena is in droknars, the tombs are ouotside of dragons lair

most PvE characters will not be as strong as PvP characters of the same type. Unless you have:
1. level 20, and completed the two quests providing the last 30 attribute points
2. Full set of "1.5k" armor, which is what PvP characters automatically get.
3. Max damage weapon

If you are under 20, many smart opponents will target you first, regardless of class.
