please help heal other

Can sombody please tell me where i can get heal other? with just healing breeze and orison of healing, i am pretty usless for healing

apparently according to my friend it can be bought a later skill dealer. i guess ill have to wait till then

This skill must be captured of a boss monster using signet of capture on the boss as soon as he/she/ it/ has used the skill you wish to capture.

IMO orison and breeze are a pretty good basic setup for a healer, though Healing Word{E} or Infuse Health would be nice additions for a low-cost "big heal".
Orison gets alot more useful, though, when you have Divine Favor and Healing Prayers pumped up. You might try out Divine Boon as well (if you have access to it) as a way to inflate the damage healed with Orison (Boon costs you one energy regen tick though, you'll have to see if you can live with that or not.)
Heal Other is expensive when compared to Infuse Health (same cost, but infuse will heal more damage in most cases), and the danger with Heal Other is that you'll use it too much -- it's evil on your energy pool.
But, to answer your ?, no I don't know where to find Heal Other or Healing Hands. I just wanted to encourage you to not give up on Orison and Breeze, since they are quite efficient and useful for 80+% of your healing needs.
