Freezing while dling files.

After the update I can login and get to the last area I was in fine. The second I try to map out files download, and then freeze. Where it freezes depends on where I'm mapping to, but it never finishes the download, or goes beyond the X% where it freezes.

I'm on windows 98, if that helps, but it shouldn't matter - I wasn't having any troubles before the update.

And I've solved my own problem, but ANet may still want to take a look at the underlying issue. I was in the Competition Arenas. When I left normally (through the gates) I was able to load Lions Arch and map out normally from there. Before I'd tried mapping to three or four different places and all of them failed, but I can map to those places now without an issue.
