At last, the day has come...
Firan
With the update, i am afraid to say that solo farming is now over due to changes in zealots fire, and the monster changes in Twin Snakes, Blessed Griffons and the ever popular Underworld. Let us have a moment of silence.
PS: Dont blame me for ruining it with my post.

Griffons just take slightly longer, no biggie. Probably because I've relied on Gladiator's Defense and Balthazar's Aura to deal most of my damage. Although I really have no point in farming anymore because of the exp change and chest farming has proved to be very profitable (at least for me so far).

I was going to post my own thread, but since you brought it up in this one I will complain here.
I was salivating over the possibilities with the new Keyed Chests, and when I got 2 purples and one gold weapon on a single run, I thought it was well worth the (roughly) 2 plat I spent on keys.
Then I Identified them. I had a Purple Shocking Diessa Flatbow 10-18, no modifiers, a Purple Smiting Staff (3% and I forgot the damage but unimpressive) and a Max Gold Heavy Hatchet.
Needless to say, I didn't want any of these, and no one in town would buy them. So I sold them to Merchents for a total of about 310g. And I cried while I did it.
So it looks like we get more rare stuff, but the stats on what is rare have gone WAY down.

So it looks like we get more rare stuff, but the stats on what is rare have gone WAY down. I disagree with the part about rare stats having gone down. Weeks ago, before the update, I found 2 gold items in one run - woo hoo! Then I ID'd them - one was +3 energy (that's it) and the other was 10% chance of faster skill recharge (again, that's it). I'd say rare stuff is probably the same as it was - better chance of getting better mods, but not guaranteed.
