i'm sure offer's preety fun, but some ppl r making moronic bids too (2-3k); seriosly - bow grip of fortitude (+30) is how much? 50k+ isn't it? so bow cant be more than that...
anyway i sold golden max dmg bow with same req. +18%hexed and no upgrades for 1k... rare drops aren't so good anymore...

Although the prices are ridiculously high, need I remind you that certain items get sold for ridiculous prices, even if almost identical items get sold for cheaper prices on different threads. Some people will even spend 10s, even 100s of platinum pieces just because something looks nice to them. But no one here goes, "OMG, you're bidding/asking for 100k on a chaos axe - you n00b!" even if it isn't really worth it.

Yean not 300k.
I have a green staff and sold it for 19k and two shards (the shards ended up being 7k) so I got 26k for a water max staff with 15energy 30 health and max faster recharge and casting on waters.
=P And I got lucky very lucky to get that.. I was going to sell it for 10k and less for it too.

You guys should go see what those items sell for in Lion Arch, I got 50k for the Chakram in less than 2 minutes of spaming my sell message, including 2 others offers of 20k and 40k. 200k was too much, my mistake gosh, but I could have got even more, and not just by people you nerds call noobs.
Your making a mistake in assuming that no one is interested in those items atm, they have low requirements, have perfect mods and look realy good.

It's not that no one wants it... it's just your starting bid was so high for such a common drop in SF.
Of course everyone wants a perfect weapon/off hand, but if its for 300k+ then I rather go out with a group and kill the bosses where they drop very commonly.

Yes I agree, people are interested in these new green items and are willing to pay un-godly prices for them, but much to their dismay they will feel like an idiot when they goto the bosses that drop these items and get them over and over and over and over again.

Exactly. Gold items with those stats WOULD be worth what he's asking. Just because he didn't know what the deal is with the green weapons doesn't meen you gotta be nasty.
It really is too bad though that anyone's paying any decent amount of money for green weapons because they really won't have much monetary value for long, because that's exactly what they were introduced to combat. Green weapons are here so anyone can get a good weapon with perfect stats to use, without having to pay 500K+. So yeah it's definitely not worth 200K, but geez... cut the poor guy some slack. beepbeepimajeep
