There is no sword hilt that provides an extra damage mod. It's built into the base sword. And that modifier, in a stance, cannot exceed 15%.

there are no upgrades that provide a percentage bonus at all (not even with a situational requirement) they are inherent to a sword. and the max bonus in stance is +15%
