Connecting with Newbie players in past.

I am just getting into this game (level 7.5) and have talked a friend into getting it. Is there anyway I can team up with him in the past?

Or do I have to wait until our times converge?

In the past u mean like pre searing yes u can team up with him to do quests and explore arround but try to get to post seering quik thats where the real fun begins.

He has to go through pre-sear and come into post-sear. Then you can team with him no matter what levels each of you are. No time traveling in this game heh.

no time travel unfortunatly or I'd have gone back and stopped the searing, proved I did, then by my actions, alter the known future for everyone else while becoming the supreme ruler of all the lands.

Or what you can do is make a new character and join your friend back there in pre-searing.

Time travel doesn't help. Those charr have great magical abilities.

I cleared the entire northern wall and killed those bosses. Yet they were still there starting the searing. Then you try to go north more through the open door to make sure everything is dead but their great magical powers have created an invisible wall. You see the door is open but can't walk through.

well your no fun. I knew that, I've cleared that area out before many times.

But if you could go into the past... I would, and I'd kill em all. Actually that would be a cool ending to the story...
