how to get the message from Barradin back after trashed it?

i accidently deleted the message from Barradin item using the trash can. How can i get it back so i can finish the quest? i tried to abandon the quest and redo it but still didnt work. Can some one help?

Another questions is i was reading some info on guild wars guru site and it mention of pre-ascalon, does this mean the town and the places outside (ashford abbey, fort ranik, etc.) are also pre-ascalon? There's this one NPC talking about traveling some where that is permanent that i can go back, where is he taking me?

Yes, they mean everything you mentioned is Pre-Searing.
If we told you where he's taking you, it would ruin the surprise. Just make sure to complete everything you want to do before you agree to go. If you've done all the quests you can find, you should be around level 7 or 8.

are there any trainer where i'm at? i mean the one i can buy skills from. Also i'm looking for warrior trainer Duke Barddin (or something like that) in green hill country but cant seem to find him. any idea?

No, the only places to get skills pre-searing is from the quests. Duke Barradin is at the same location as Little Thom, so if you have the quest to take him his coat you can just follow the arrow for that quest to get there. Hope this helps.
