Yes..I don't know why people think these green items are so rare, there are 100 people in each server/market selling them. All with the same perfect mods as well. All of them saying they are so rare, but everyone seems to have them

it is kinda rare though, rarer then purp, and i guess maybe a liil lower then golds... what i hate about it is that all the weapons have same mods =.=.. (the same weapon types i should say)

Everyone is saying that they are "Ultra Rare" because they know that they are not and want to get people to pay stupid amounts for the new collectors items that will be worthless in a week when everyone figures out they are Ultra Common just like the collectors item are now.

Well, I agree that all of the green items I have seen have excellent stats, but thats just it. They all have perfect mods, and everyone knows that you never get the same drop with same mods everytime, but apparently you do with these green items, hence, making them far from rare.
