Wtf Did The Update Do???

My ranger has a max dmg half moon (15-28)
it usually fires quite fast, and I can easy kill charr

After the update, my half moon is horrendously slow
and I do 12-20 dmg to level 8 charr axeslayers

What happened?

because of the short time popularity of the actual patch you experience "bullet time" lagging a lot lately.
