A couple quick questions
Owend223
I just discovered guild wars and was wondering about the pvp. They say on the site there is going to be alot, but is it actually going to be like set balanced matches or just run around for 2 hours trying to find something your lvl like in wow? also, im really confused about how the skills work and having 2 profesions.

Basically, if you want to play in a quick 4v4 player Match... you go to the Arena, and Select "Enter Mission". This randomly puts you on a team with 3 other players and throws you right in the arena... no searching for members.
Once you want to get into the larger battles 8v8 or 8v8v8 etc... you will need to go to the appropriate zone and form a party with all the other people who are looking to do the same thing as you... then, once you're ready, you can join.
For Guild Combat... you must first be in a guild (obviously) and have up to 8 members join you in your Guild Hall (it's marked clearly on your map, and you can teleport there, immediatly) and then enter the game (the game auto-matches you with a guild of similar ranking/experience).
It's really quite simple and matches can last anywhere from 50 seconds to... well, however long it takes.
BTW: The level cap is set @ 20. So it's easy to join the game and become competitive.

it just means things like your primary profession dictates how you look, what type of armor you have, and the base energy pool your character has available. both professions you pick will allow you to use all the skills listed for them. there is also a primary attribute for each profession. that link will show you each profession, and what their primary is. you don't -have- to put attribute points into the primary profession, but it's generally wise for most builds bandied about.
