Purple Ram's Hammer of Warding 19-35(Req. 10 Hammer Mastery)
Damage +12% while health > 50%
Armor +4% (vs. elemental attacks)

thanks. Also.... where is the best place to sell these. I have heard Lions Arch or Droknars are the best place but I have had miserable attempts at selling things there in the past.
