The base staff is pretty much perfect (casting/skill reacharge mods both 10%, max dmg). The attached mods are mediocre but upgradable. If I had to guess...200k+ to the right buyer.

i was actually thinking of adding a +5 head and +29 wrapping.... so im a little torn as to whether i should...

anyone else got any ideas?

+5 head, perhaps, definately wouldn't bother with the +29, a staff that perfect may as well be traded to someone who'll put a +30 in it. The ultimate staff.
