My question is this: If you are to exceed max health degen on a target, and the last degen spell/condition applied to target is removed (as shown in this case - however, it could also be that one condition/spell wears off), does the remaining "extra" degen then get applied(?) to the target? Allow me to clarify.
1. Idol hits target with Poison. (-4)
2. Idol hits target with Conjure Phantasm. (-5).
3. Idol hits target with random DoT spell (-3).
That totals out to a degen of -12, however the cap is -10. If, say, the last DoT spell (3) is removed from said target, does that leave the target with a remaining -9 health degeneration, or does it leave the target with only -7 (in effect, completely ignoring the degen above -10).
I hope I worded this correctly.
