(err=21) email not found

started up game 1/2 hour after launch.

Regestered then email not found error.

contacted support back to me 4 hours later asked for additional info - game code etc....

now, 3 days later still nothing back.

they have my info, they could just send me an email with the email I sighned up with (if there was a mistake - honestly i have tried over 100 typo combinations) or reset my log in/registration or something

i have posted a new HELp, to them - fingers crossed

I know I am not the only one out there with this problem - but instead of adding to those threads I though I would post anew. (more attention to the prob)

man I have had this error 1/2 hour after the game servers opened - the service is a little to be desired

I know the game isn't on a subscriber basis but when you play WOW also and even in game a GM will actually come and talk to you or give you a proper , the resolution is this ......., via email within 12-24 hours everytime - it makes me wonder.

I've had fps games help me faster then this and they are not multiplayer or looking for future upgrade sales.

I want game on then all will be forgiven (or will it he he he heheh e)

I am going through the same thing. I am starting to get very upset.

i'm with you guys. i can even log into the website and see my personal info. but not the game server. i'm a bit unhappy they dont have an official tech forum. thank goodness for this place.
if they help you guys out or if you figure out yourself please post here. likewise if i find out something i'll let you guys know as well.

Same exact situation, I am certain I did not make a typo with my email address - I contacted support on the 28th and they said it would be fowarded to the right people
If anyone gets a reply from support, please post here with what to do!
UPDATE: They responded and asked for my account name and my CD Key

I too just purchased the game and am getting the Err=21 code email not found. I payed good money for a game I can't play WTF is up with that?

Im having the same problem as you just waiting for the response from gws "ask a question" help program, but I aint holding my breath cos you can wait upto 2-3 days to get a response from them kind of programs and im seeing alot more ppl which this problem I just hope they get it sorted out soon cos I wanna play

I had an e missing of my service providers address.

Unfortunately for me this was 1 of the things i didn't try (the 'e' I had tried other letters drops)

Oh well I'm in .......... I actually relised that 1 mistake in say a email name and service provider name if a typo occured and it could have been for instance 1 of the 4 keys around it and it was 10 letters long thats 4*4*4*4*4*4*4*4*4*=1048576 possibilities and thats with that mistake ;]

what i cant figure out is why i can log in to their website with my account info. and i cant on the server.

Ok, I solved it. If you guess an error you think you might have made, and try to log in with a "mistyped" email address, it goes "email address does not exist. do you want to re-register your account"? And at that time you're like "OMG YES". Basically you have to guess the mistake you made

Well, I guess I am off to try a few thousand combinations...

UPDATE --- I am an idiot. I tried more combos and I made a typo too. Keep trying those typos.

That's why, when you register for anything at all. Always double check if you filled in everything correctly.

I double checked. That is why a good programmer has you enter it twice and checks if they match...
