level 7 and i have no idea what to do next

I've reached level 7 and have nothing left to do. My quest log is empty and I've spent about 3 hours looking for something to do.

help please

go start `the missions...
talk to tydus if you dont have the "defend the wall" quest
and then just walk up the stairs from tydus and go right until you reach the northern wall.

if u have all your primary and secondary skills and did all the extra quests, then you're ready for the academy. if u think u missed something b4 u go, use the search button or use the guide:
