Storage Clearout to get my Sup Absorption Back :(

I salvaged my old gladiators armor to get all my runes for my new citadel platemail and i lost both my sup absorption and my sup vigor... talk about bad luck. so i am clearing my storage in hopes of raising enought money to add on to my current 20k to get my runes back.
