How do you insert images on here?

I would like to know as well. Please private message me on this topic.

find a picture that you want and copy and paste it to a word document.
then go to file click save as and save it in the my documents file.
if you need to edit anything on it go to paint,file and click open to edit it.
if it doesnt need editing,look at the top right of the gwg site.
you will see something that says welcome,insert name here.under it is something that says private messages,click it.
on the left there will be something that says,edit avatar,click it.
there will be a box that says upload avatar for computer.
next to it is a browse button.
click browse,go to my documents double click on the file of the picture you chose,go back to the gwg site and click save changes.
someone correct me if i missed anything please.

The easiest way:
1. You have to have your image hosted. I would recommend http://www.imageshack.com or http://www.photobucket.com or http://www.imagecave.com (which has no advertising or pop ups)
2. Once you have it hosted, copy the URL.
3. Post the message you want then put the image url between the [ url ] image URL here [ /url ] (without spaces).
Viola! Finito!

Heh. I assumed this person wanted to know how to put an image into a thread post. You assumed they want to put an image up for an avatar. Both are equally right for different purposes.

Find the image on the net, right click on it, select properties! copy the address of the picture!
type [img] in your post and paste the address of the piccy after it with no space, then at the end of the address type [/img]
and hey presto!
If the picture is on your pc and you need to upload it, try www.imagekafe.com then browse for and upload you piccy, copy and paste the link it provides and repeat the above

You have to be careful linking to pictures or photos on other sites. Most take dim views of that since it eats up their bandwidth. It's better to copy the picture to your computer and then upload it to a photo hosting site and THEN link it to the forums.
