Pre-Searing Monk Cloaks

I was just about to jump over when I saw another Monk wearing a cloak. Just wondering where they might have gotten it from. I believe that I've seen all of the "collectors" but there must be at least one that I've missed.

Any help would be appreciated.

(The cloak looked similar to a Tapestry Pattern .. wondering if it is somehow made from the Tapestry piece that Gwen gives away).

You can purchase these from a Guild Register( or Emblember, Unsure), In Ascalon after the searing.

The price is 2 platinum, Also known as, 2000 gold pieces.
