This skill seems to be great corpse denial. I mean, right when you drop there's a crappy minion that just eats up their corpse. Too bad the cooldown is kinda evil.
The 20% less healing isn't too bad.
Any thoughts?

Would this and Deep Wound stack on top of eachother in terms on less healing? I think Deep Wound does 20% less healing benefit also...just a thought

Deep Wound and Malign Intervention should stack;
Deep Wound and Predatory Season definitely do, and Predatory is the same percentage. (Healing from Predatory Season is reduced to 3 with both on, from 5.)
Not sure what the cap is supposed to be on healing reduction, probably 50%. Not too concerned either, too hex dependent to matter.
Anyway, hope it helped.

Well, I was more wondering if it would be a great corpse denial spell.

deep wound acts like 20% dp but only effects health so you have 20% less hp not 20% less healing

Deep Wound DOES reduce healing by 20%. If a spell normally gives you 50 hit points, you will only receive 40. I have personally tested and verified this several times with others. Healing regen however is not affected.
BTW, this spell does sound like an awesome answer to corpse denial.

the max cap on healing reduction is 50%, so maybe a phantom pain shatter malign would almost hit the limit, if that sort of thing makes your day.
