I am looking for a smiting or holy rod with +5 Energy when HP>50, preferably with another mod that gives faster skill recharge (on healing, especially).

Ok, maybe I am dreaming but oh well...

Ive got a Vary nice, Gold smtting Rod with +4 energy when above 50%, and 9% skill regen, req 13 smitting.
