Questions about Add-On's

A thread for questions about Add-On's.

First I ahve some questions myself

- When 2 add ons are released, will I need the first add on to play the second? I hope not, because maybe the first add on will enable trolls (bleegh) while the second enables elves or somethign cool!

- Will every add on be 50 euro, like the basic game??

all chapters are optional and you can get only the ones you want.
you will still be able to play the ones you have ( 1 3 5 maybe)
the chapters will each have about the same amount of new material as the original game and be priced the same

Are you sure? I recall looking at some information that said they will be around 1/2 of the original games price.

Guild Wars will be priced at a comparable cost to other first-tier PC games. The subsequent chapters of Guild Wars will also be comparably priced in relation to other games.

note that it is games not expansions

The things is... they already have the engine completed, it's a lot less work to make an expansion at this point.

They announced there to be an add on every 6 months so don't worry about that.

I have one more question:

Will add-on's make it possible to have more then 4 characters? Anything known about that?
