I know you're looking for a strenght shield but I have a tactics shield -3(10% chance) if you're interested.

the clostest thing i have to this is -3 10% -2 enchant req 9 strength shadow shield

i have a low req strength based tower shield that is 35hp while enchanted and -3 with 10% chance

If someone says they want to buy a shield with 27+ Health ALWAYS and -2 in stance or -3(10%), why would you offer something that does not fit the description?
