PC: Perfect flamberge

The economy has changed so much i was wondering how much i can get for this:

Vampriric Flamberge of fortitude[req9]
15-22 damage
15 while health above 50
3/-1
+30 health

any replies appreciated

Also:
Holy Rod[req12]

improves casting speed for healing spells(13%)

Fellblade of swordsmanship[req11]
15-22
+1 to swords (20%)

the pommel alone is worth 150k+
along w/the perfect vampyric hilt, i'd say 200-250k. that's just my opinion. im sure some would not pay as much and some might even pay dramatically more.

what about the other 2?
