How do I start an unrated GvG battle?
And how is it possible to have the over 100 people in a battle, like i hear you can?

1.) The same way you start any other GvG, in a Guild Hall. Click 'Guild Battle' and you have your option.
2.) Never been able to have 100 players in a fight at once. The most you could get were 64 (8 teams) people in a certain Tombs map. Although, due to a recent patch, the largest battle you can get into now is 48 players (6 teams).
