I'll comment on a couple of your items...
First Screenshot (down first column):
-Second staff is probably junk. A cursing/air player is probably pretty uncommon, and even if you did find a buyer, the staff isn't very good anyway. Salvage or vendor it.
-The handaxe is probably worth a couple thousand
-+15% vs hexed basically doesn't count as a mod, unfortunately--I wouldn't expect much from the longsword. ~1k probably if you're lucky.
-Longbow is good but high mod. Probably 1-3k, maybe a bit more.
(right column)
-The axe should go to salvage or vendor.
-The bottom staff will be quite difficult to sell. You may just want to salvage it for the 15% (I find that wrappings get taken much more likely than heads, but that's just me)
-The icy summit will probably be a couple thousand.
