I bugged this skill the other day, for I believe it to be broken. If you are a warrior with full charged adren skills, the second this hex is placed on you, you loose all your adren skills. The skill states you lack the ability to GAIN adren, not the ability to use what you have already acumulated. Because of this, it completely shuts down an adren warrior.

If you combo this with Spirit Shackles, so they loose energy with each attack too, you've got a completely locked out warrior with 2 skills. Not very fair. Toss in Empathy and it's just over for them.

well it is a hex so that it can be removed. And it is only good against warriors, plus the fact that it costs 15 energy and 2 secoond cast. So i dont think its a very overpowered skill at all.

Warriors unlike most casters can still deal some damage with no skills, and yes this skill pretty kicks their butts. Sympatetic vissage is again one such very anti warrior skill.
