I've not yet seen a lowlevel reaching the War Camp so i'm not quite sure if you can play it anytime with any character. There are some quests you need to have the game completed for though (but those are not exactly SF or GF quests)
About the green items, they are not so rare, quite common to be exact. However they have perfect mods on them, but are "as is". No changing of them possible.

And finally, the camp is... well, paint a straight line from Camp Rankor to the Granite Citadel and at the middle of the line, there is grenths footprint. You can reach it from either side, with granite citadel being the much more easy way to get there.

thanx alot, so green items have perfect mods on them, like 10|10 sundering bow string, and you cant change them, or take parts of?
and the "camp" whish i supose is sf, or where you can get to sf is a outpost aka town?

It is the Deldrimor Warcamp, and yes it is the outpost in Grenths Footprint from which you start your adventures into Sorrows Furnace (Grenths is actually just a very small area and just meant as an entrance to sorrows furnace).

And yes, green items have perfect mods on them, you can't salvage them, or change them. The items are provided as is. You might want to have a look around in these forums (sorry) or over here: http://www.guildwiki.org/guildwars/i...que_Items_List

Notice the names, they are bound to special bossmobs each. So for example the Yakslapper can only drop by killing the boss "Wroth Yakslapper"

This is as far as i c, a strange twist in the economy of the game.

The greens drops from bosses, and have like ppl before me said, perfect modes such as double +30 health mod.

They are good items, but their value will go down with time as many players will be able to find them just by go outside from the Deldrimor War Camp and look for bosses (and there are few outside, very close to the outpost).
