Where to get Poisoner's Bow?

A while back I found a collector outside Temple of the Ages who'd swap Skale Fins for a Poisoner's Longbow. Since the update he's lost the Poisoner's longbow and is only offering a boring bow. Any idea of any collectors offering a Poisoner's Bow? Are there any websites around with an updated list of collectors?

You can always make your own by getting a "white" bow and either buying or finding a poisoner's bowstring. Then add kind of grip to the bow and you have a custom made bow just for you.
