I don't know why the heck someone would salvage this... 13 req isn't enormous. If you're actually USING sword skills you would want higher skill to be more efficient... just slap on a minor rune and max out swordsmanship and there you go.

So... don't salvage this... not yet.. if you find a buyer chances are you'll get good gold for this (100k+)

quite possibly the worst advice ive ever seen...

even w/ 13 reqs its still a 100-200k sword, compared to a 35k item upg.
