Well as the title says, we have a small guild (11 ppl) and we wanted to do some gvg, the problem is we need a guild hall so I was wondering if I could buy a celestial sigil (or w/e its called). IG they cost way to much so maybe a friendly forum reader could make us a reasonable offer.
