Very Cheap Gold Hammer dmg15%enchant 10/9

I have a Gold Break Hammer:

it's 18-35 req 8
Dmg 15% while enchanted
10/9 Sundering
+7 armor vs physical

I'm thinking around 15k or so...higher or lower...depending on ppl's bids.
