When I try to play GW, my CPU usage goes up to 100% and my PC freezes after about 1 min of lag. I have a AMD Duron K7(1.26GHz) motherboard, XP Home(service pack 2), 512 mb RAM, Direct X 9.0c, and a Radeon 9250 AGP w/fully updated drivers. I run a Zone Alarm firewall and Avast for viruses. I also ran an antivirus and adware scan, and defragged my drive before installing GW.
I tried turning of my firewall and antivirus, but no luck. I also have the same problem trying to run another MMOG called Runescape, which has far lower system requirements than GW. Please help! I am also a bit of a newb, so if you're going to explain something try to make it newb friendly. Thx in advance.

Thank you for contacting the Guild Wars Support Team! Unfortunately I am the bearer of bad news. =/ Your Intel(R) 82845G video card will not run Guild Wars as it was intended. You will need to upgrade to at least ATIs Radeon 8500 or NVIDIAs GeForce 3 Series Video Card with 32 MB of VRAM.
You can try updating the video drivers at http://www.intel.com/ and perhaps turn down all graphical settings within Guild Wars. However we are unable to guarantee it will work.
Please let me know if you have any further questions regarding this issue.
Maybe your video card is unable to work either
