Ok, Where do I get fur? I know it's from Salvaging but salvaging what and where?!

You have to salavage them from things like Charr Hides and things of that nature. Enemies drop the items and you pick them up, then salvage them. They are sometimes hard to find but if you do the mission at The Great Wall then you can find some Charr dropping some.

but char hides turn in to things like leather and hide, they dont turn into fur, wut turns into fur after salvage?

Until someone tests an expert kit we'll never know.

i used expert kit on about 8 charr hides earlier and i got 1 fur square and 7 tanned hides. So yes, you can get it but it won't happen every time you salvage.

The idea is that it IS rare. Expert salvage charr hides and you will eventually get fur.
