PC on a few Shields, (1 very interesting to me)

Ok, I looted a few shields I need a PC on.

1. This is very interesting:
Purple Round Shield
Armor 16 (req 12 tacts)
Tactics + 1 (14% while using skills)

2. Purple Round Shield
Armor 16 (req 8 tacts)
Health + 12
Recieve Damage -1 (while enchanted)

3. Gold Wooden Buckler
Armor: 16
Recived Damage - 2 (While in a stance)
