Looking for a wand with +5 Energy (while enchanted) and +% skill recharge using Blood Magic. The higher the skill recharge the more I'd pay, if the requirements are Blood Magic, Divine Favor or Healing Prayers and the Dmg is nice, I can even pay more Just leave your IGN and we'll see
