I have a req 10 wing shield, +40 or 41 or 42 health while hexed, -2 dmg while enchanted (sry im not a comp with GW right now lol so i can tell u the exact health).

Crimson Carapace Collectors Shield has +45 Health, -2 DMG while enchanted and only requires 9 tactics. You just have to gather the 5 massive jawbones and see the collector east of Dunes of Despair.
