3/-1 vamp mods for axes go for between 50-75k, for one thing. Both are max damage. The top one I would guess in the realm of 50k, the bottom - quite a bit more. The req is nice and low, the damage mod is close to perfect, and not only do you have a perfect vamp but a close to perfect enchant, which is worth about 45k. So I'd price that one at around 150-200k.

This is going on pre-update stuff, but hey...
