pc on max hammer, bow and gold cane

First off, the hammer isn't max. I believe 19-35 is (someone told me 20-37, but I've never seen a hammer with those stats before). The req is low enough that some warrior might still bite. I'd say 1k tops for it.

I've never played a mesmer, so I don't know about the cane.

The bow isn't max either for that matter, 15-28 is. The stats are still pretty good on it though. 1.5-3k, maybe a little better if you're lucky.
