Your saying the last time that you played Counter-Strike it was 1.6. So that leads me to believe you were doing something on CS to get you banned. Just my 2 cents.

I think I was the first one to offer him this, but it is nearly impossible for me to contact him. Sometimes he's on and he'll be AFK, or it's not him and he won't respond. I want to get this done now, or soon, because I would like to invest.

Actually I pm'ed him when this was posted, before anyone replied. He doesn't respond to anything.

I was about to trade with him on AIM, he had steam all up to go, he said he installed it, then boom, he says BRB and I never saw or heard from him again. Then in-game he doesn't respond to anything.

No he isn't a scammer, I never gave him the key, I said he installed as in he had Steam rolling and I was about too, but before I gave him the information, he said BRB, so he isn't scammer. I did word that message pretty weird, my fault for that.
