Bank and Guilds Question

Well my first day and I do like it. Needed a change from EVE which was my only MMOG experience.

To the questions:
1. Bank or something similar. Is there a place to deposit the loot that I have been collecting? If there is how do I find it?

2. Is there a way in game to locate a particular Guild?

3. Along the same lines, Is there a way to locate, Chat with, a particular player. That might not be anywhere near you.

Trying to bring some of my EVE Corpmates over to some GWing so we need a way to get hold of each other.

4. I can't seem to find the place to establish a guild, but when I do; What does guild creation require? Finances etc..

1. There is a storage system. You have to pay 50 gold to unlock it, but it's a one time fee. These storage characters are created all over the place, but only in Post-Searing I beleive.

2. Since a guild consists of members, I don't understand how you would be able to locate a guild anyways...

3. You can use the Whisper chat feature to send a private message to that person as long as you know their name. They can be in a different district or different are altogether.

4. You can make a guild in Post-Searing Ascalon I believe. It costs gold, but since I have never created one I do not recall exact finance. There are prices for initial guild creation, guild cape, and guild hall.

It's 200 g to create a guild. 2000 g for a cape.
The guild registrar pre-searing is at the top of the stairs in Ascalon City.
There's one near Warmaster Tydus after the searing too in Ascalon City.
