PC On Close to Perfect Fellblade! 15%>50%, REQ 8, Perfect Mods!

I was wondering if I could get a price check on the following sword:

Gold Max Dmg Fellblade
Requirement 8
15%>50%
Sundering 10/10
Swordmanship +1 (20%)

I know that the market has been a little crazy lately. I am really looking for the medium-range to high-range price I should be able to get on this sword. Thanks for all of your help in advance.

Why'd you call it close to perfect instead of perfect though?
Because of the req 8 instead of req 7?

Its worth a lot as it is, but if I was you, I would try fit a 30+ fortitude pommel, then it'd worth a hella lot.

I aint gonna give a price check because I'm not too good with them.

Imo at least 800K+
